| The video monitoring system was being used per her physicians recommendation. The monitor was turned on only after she was dressed and in bed, then turned off as soon as she awoke. A request for waiver of regulation was made on 1/15/2013 and was granted 2/14/2013. CCC will closely monitor compliance with the conditions of this waiver. |
