The program specialist reviewed the regulation with the family and the individual on 11/6/2017.
The program specialist will monitor for compliance at the end of this month and then monthly to make sure that the fan is operable and in place. Documentation of program specialist monitors and compliance will be kept as of 11/6/2017.
