A psychiatric medication review was conducted on 10/15/20 and then again on 02/08/21. | If a medication is prescribed to treat symptoms of a psychiatric illness, there shall be a review by a licensed physician at least every 3 months that includes to document the reason for prescribing the medication, the need to continue the medication and the necessary dosage. | Because this violation occurred several months ago, there is no way to correct this instance of noncompliance. This individual¿s next medication review occurred on 4.27.2021. Residential Program Director reviewed medication reviews of the other individuals in the group home for the last year and found no other concerns or violations. |
