Laurel House, Inc. purchased an in-line thermometer for the hot water tank. The maintenance department will install the thermometer and set it to 115 degrees. The Program Specialist will monitor the water temperature of the hot water tank on their weekly visit to the residential site. The maintenance department will monitor the hot water tank's water temperature when they are completing maintenance tasks at the residential site. The water temperature is also checked by the Direct Support Professionals monthly after completion of the fire drill.
