6400.64(a)At the time of the inspection, the bathrooms in the home were all unclean. There were hard water stains, mildew, and soap scum throughout each bathroom. Additionally, when trying to test the water temperature, for approximately 2 minutes, the water was black and dirty. Whenever any hot water source was turned on in the home, the smell of rotten eggs was prevalent.Clean and sanitary conditions shall be maintained in the home. Cleaners are scheduled to go to the home on 2.12.2024 to complete a thorough cleaning of all bathrooms. The water company is scheduled to come to the home to assess the water on February 6, 2024. 6400.67(a)At the time of the inspection, the cabinet under the sink in the hallway bathroom was missing a handle on the left door and had a large split in the right door.Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces shall be in good repair.
