| 2380.89(c) | The fire drill records for all fire drills occurring from 2/16/2023 through 1/11/2024 did not include the exit route(s) utilized. On the fire drill records, under the section titled "evacuation exit route" it was indicated that all clients were evacuated to a safe zone or due to the location of the fire, all clients prepared to evacuate and sheltered in place. | A written fire drill record shall be kept of the date, time, the amount of time it took for evacuation, the exit route used, problems encountered and whether the fire alarm was operative. | When the monthly fire drills are completed, a fire drill record will be completed after the fire drill has taken place. This will be completed by the Director or Assistant Director of the Life Enrichment Adult Program. An Administrative Review of the fire drill record will be completed after the fire drill has taken place by the Director or Assistant Director of the Life Enrichment Adult Program. When the Director or Assistant Director is completing the administrative review of the fire drill record, they will ensure the evacuation exit route is noted on the fire drill record by reviewing the evacuation exit route section of the fire drill record; it will be indicated on our fire drill record that all exits were utilized except the exit where the fire was located. This change was effective on February 6th, 2024. |
