RPS will have date of admission as well as date assessment is due when a new individual comes into the Residential Program. All RPS's to be trained on this at Residential Meeting on 7/5/2016,documentation will be kept and sent. [Individual #1's assessment was completed on 6/10/16. Immediately, the RPS will review all individual records to ensure assessments are completed within the required timeframes.
