All staff will be retrained on MCAR¿s Policy and Procedure for writing Work orders at the August 2015 in-services 8/7/2015, 8/12/2015, and 8/19/2015. This training will be conducted by either Tina Nicastro or Nicholas Gantz. A memo was sent on 6/29/2015 via email and paper copy to remind staff of the importance of writing work orders. Program specialists approve all work orders sent to maintenance. An attachment (picture) of the fixed bottom of the cabinet under the kitchen sink, Memo to staff and in-service information for August will be sent. |
