A fire extinguisher shall be inspected and approved annually by a fire safety expert. The date of the inspection shall be on the extinguisher. On 7/11/23, Director of quality development spoke with John S posen inc and scheduled for them to meet at Berks rd on 7/21/23 to fix the extinguisher tags. On 7/21/23, maintenance manager met with inspector from John S posen inc at Berks rd in order to get the tags fixed that they had forgotten to punch in January.
