Explanation: This non-compliance was a program non-compliance due to differences in interruption of the regulation. Family Care Services, Inc. believed that the LII self-assessment was not necessary if the home was vacant. This home has been vacant since 12/2019. Representative provided clarification that all homes listed on our COC need to complete the LII self-assessment.
Correction:
1. Program Director, will train all the Life Sharing Specialists on the regulation clarification.
2. The self-assessment will be completed.
3. A program check will be done to verify that all homes on the COC had a self-assessment or are in the process of being closed.
4. Corrections will be made before 9/15/2020.
