6400.72(a) | The operable window facing the door of Individual #1's bedroom does not have a screen. The two operable windows facing the door of Individual #2's bedroom do not have screens. The two operable windows in the living room do not have screens. The operable window in the staff office also is not screened. | Windows, including windows in doors, shall be securely screened when windows or doors are open. | Windows were measured on 7/7/22 by Director and those measurements were provided to a local company on that date that can make screens to fit the windows. The windows in the home are not a specific brand of windows. Once the screens are fabricated, they will be installed in the window frames. This will be completed by 9/30/2022. Extra time will be needed to allow for the manufacture of the screens. All staff will be trained specifically on the 6400.72 (a ) that states that it is not just one window in a room that has to have a screen, but all operable windows must have a screen. This training will be completed by 8/12/2022. Documentation of the completed training, the invoice from having the screens made and pictures of the screens in place will be forwarded once complete. |
