| 6400.112(a) | An unannounced fire drill was not held in February 2019. | An unannounced fire drill shall be held at least once a month. | Program Specialist/Community Home Coordinator responsible for the completion of the drill terminated employment with EHCA in April 2019. Program Directors will review with all Program Specialists, Community Home Coordinators, and Third Shift Team Leaders regulation 6400.112(a) related to the unannounced fire drill requirements. The Quality Compliance and Safety Specialist (QCSS) will review the electronic workflow drill documents the last week of every month to comprise a list of locations where drills have not yet been completed. The QCSS will forward said list to Program Directors. Program Directors will alert responsible Program Specialist a drill has still not yet been completed. This process will continue indefinitely. |
