Fully Implemented - 1/30/13 - PE | (c) A written fire drill record shall be kept of the date, time, the amount of time it took for evacuation, the exit route used, problems encountered and whether the fire alarm or smoke detector was operative.
| For sites that do not currently have individuals residing in them, the Maintenance Director is responsible for conducting a monthly fire system test and documenting correctly on a fire drill report. Included in the correction packet will be a copy of two fire drills done at this site since CLC¿s inspection date as well as a hard-copy of the confirmation from the landlord. In addition, Licensing Representative was given a hard-copy of a statement from the landlord confirming the dates that the fire drills were done. |
