| 6400.142(a) | Individual #1 most recent dental examination was on February 14, 2014. | An individual 17 years of age or younger shall have a dental examination performed by a licensed dentist semiannually. An individual 18 years of age or older shall have a dental examination performed by a licensed dentist annually. | CLC will insure that all individuals 18 and over have a dental exam completed at least once annually; those 17 and under semiannually. All staff and House Sup have been retrained in this requirement. [Program Specialist, Director of Residential and Director of Program Development will review all individual records for dental examination for timeliness and schedule appointments as needed and develope a tracking system for dental appointments to ensure timeliness. Director of Program Development will train all staff at all homes to this regulation and the tracking system and procedures to follow to ensure timeliness of health care by 7/15/15. (AS 6/18/15) |
