| The lock for this door has been replaced with a pop-lock and all staff at the site have been retrained in immediately consulting the maintnenance department (Rick Petro - supervisor) and Residential Director (Michelle Weidner) in reporting any potential hazards in the home. It should also be noted that, in addition to the exit that was cited, there are three other fire exits in the home...including one in close proximity to the cited exit. |
