The work ticket generated by the report will be assigned to an experienced vendor by COMHAR¿s Maintenance Technician. Cleaning will be addressed by the contracted vendor. | The emergency numbers that were not by the telephone in the staff office during the licensing survey were posted by that phone on 12/8/2017. Going forward the Assistant Site Manager and the Site Manager roles will be responsible to assure compliance with emergency telephone numbers for each and every telephone within COMHAR¿s CLAs. Staff responsible for assuring compliance were retrained on 2/1/2018 |
