6400.63(a) | On 3/24/2021, the hot water temperature at the sinks in the bathrooms on the first of home measured 137.0 degrees Fahrenheit at 11:54AM and 135.0 degrees Fahrenheit at 11:57AM. | Heat sources, such as hot water pipes, fixed space heaters, hot water heaters, radiators, wood and coal-burning stoves and fireplaces, exceeding 120°F that are accessible to individuals, shall be equipped with protective guards or insulation to prevent individuals from coming in contact with the heat source. | The hot water tank was checked over by the Arc maintenance manager and adjusted. The temp. was taken every day for the week after and will now be taken monthly by the House Supervisor and documented. |
