Lightbulbs were replaced by the maintenance man the same day on this light fixture. Moving forward the staff will monitor all outside lighting to make sure they are are all operable and the Program specialist will check to ensure that all lights are working in each home on a monthly basis. 03/16/2022 Implemented

Screens were placed in windows throughout the home the next morning by the maintenance man.
