The water temperature was adjusted to 118° F while the inspector was present at the site. A daily check was placed to ensure the water temperature will not exceed 120° F at all times. (see attachment #23 2. The Maintenance Team will come up with a routine/preventative environmental checklist for all the homes. A first aid kit shall contain antiseptic, an assortment of adhesive bandages, sterile gauze pads, a thermometer, tweezers, tape, scissors and syrup of Ipecac, if an individual 4 years of age or younger, or an individual likely to ingest poisons, is served.	First aid kit tape was replaced on 12/7/16 and a second back-up first aid kit will remain at the residence. Quarterly quality assurance checks will be completed to ensure that all the required items in the first aid kits are available and accessible in the home.
