However, there are numerous parts of the fence and pieces of wood laying in the yard, including planks of wood at the rear of the yard with rusty nails sticking up that are a potential safety hazard. There is a broken umbrella stand in the back yard and a broken/torn desk-type chair from inside the home outside the front door that needs to be thrown away. Some large branches have fallen in the yard on a canopy patio swing that is in the yard and need to be cleared. Staff indicate that the swing is no longer used.
