There is a broken umbrella stand in the back yard and a broken/torn desk-type chair from inside the home outside the front door that needs to be thrown away. Some large branches have fallen in the yard on a canopy patio swing that is in the yard and need to be cleared. Staff indicate that the swing is no longer used. It should be determined if the swing should be removed if it is falling into disrepair.
