The two window screens in the kitchen window above the sink were rusted and covered in dust. The tub and shower faucet fixtures were loose and protruding from shower mold. The shower mold had cracks and scrapes long the molding and tub area. Two turn knobs controlling the opening and closing of the windows were broken in living room and kitchenFloors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces shall be in good repair. 1.
