The knobs of the dresser were broken and missing due to the age of the dresser and no scheduled check of furniture condition being completed Bedford Site Supervisor ordered 2 new dressers from Bob's Discount Furniture on 3/19/2021 (6A). These new dressers will replace the old dressers with the broken and missing knobs. The estimated date of delivery is 4/1/2021. When the new dressers will be delivered, they will replace the dressers with the broken and missing knobs, and the old dressers will be removed from the site the same day.	04/01/2021	Implemented

Water heater mixer valve was repaired by external maintenance company on 01/25/2016. Agency implemented new procedure to have site supervisors check and document water temperatures on a monthly basis, with instructions to call maintenance department immediately if temperatures exceed 120 degrees. New procedure distributed 2/24/16 with effective start date of March 1, 2016. Site supervisors and Program Directors are responsible for ensuring water temperatures are checked monthly. Maintenance department is responsible for ensuring any repairs or adjustments to correct temperatures over 120 degrees occurs.	02/24/2016	Implemented
