On 2/20/17, the LS coordinator confirmed during a monthly monitoring that a well-secured handrail was installed to the steps leading to the finished basement.
2. On 2/20/2017, the LS provider and coordinator were retrained in the 6500 Licensing regulation 73 and its importance for the health and safety of the individuals in the home as well as the importance of continued compliance.
3. Supporting documentation will be scanned to the state on 5/8/2017. |
