| 6400.76(a) | A large seat/love seat located in the living room, to the left of the hallway that leads toward the kitchen, was observed to have a large hole in the center of its back cushion. The hole was a few inches in diameter, exposing the white interior padding of the cushion. Individual 1's bedroom dresser has a broken handle on its top left drawer. Individual 2's bureau is missing a handle on its top drawer, and an end table in that same room is also missing a handle on its top drawer. | Furniture and equipment shall be nonhazardous, clean and sturdy. | The furniture in the living room was discarded. The pulls on the dresser/bureau were replaced (See attachment J). |
