The hall bathroom had missing and damaged drywall at the corner of the wall near the base of the tub. Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces shall be in good repair. The wallpaper and drywall were repaired. Program Coordinators will monitor homes regularly for maintenance needs. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will monitor each home twice per year and inform the Program Director if there are any maintenance needs. Direct care staff will receive training on how to identify needed repairs in the house and the procedures to submit a work order immediately upon identification of repair needs within 30 days of receipt of this plan of correction.
