Attention: HCSIS Help Desk now supports Password Resets/Account Unlocks requests via email - 10/31/2008

In order to alleviate call wait times for password resets and account unlocks, the Help Desk now supports these requests through email. You may now make these requests by emailing the following to ra-hcsispassword@state.pa.us:

*The following information must be supplied for this process

  • Subject Line:


    • HCSIS Password Reset Request


  • Body Content:


    • PW user id

    • Contact Phone Number



Once the Help Desk receives your reset request you will receive a confirmation email stating your request was processed and it will contain a temporary password which you will need to use next time you to log into HCSIS.
